Important safety recall for select models of iWALK Magnetic Wireless Power Banks

We have discovered that some of the lithium-ion batteries used in our iWALK Magnetic Wireless Power Banks (PowerGrip Slim) MXB008 and （PowerGrip Mag） DBL6000M/DBL6000P may overheat and ignite, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.
We hereby initiate this recall. Should you have purchased products from the risk batches covered by this recall, please contact U2O Global to receive a full refund.

- IMPORTANT Immediately stop using this product. DO NOT throw the powerbank into the trash or recycling bin. Please dispose of your device at a facility that accepts lithium batteries.

- Please use a marker to mark "Recalled" on the product, take a photo and upload it, and dispose of the product properly according to local hazardous waste regulations.

iWALK is printed on the front of each power bank. Turn the power bank over and look at the model and serial number printed on the back. All recalled models include a circular LED display screen on the front to reflect the remaining power of the power bank.

No. Even though your product appears to be safe, we are asking consumers to stop using the product immediately and participate in the recall by requesting a refund. It is illegal to sell a recalled product.

Yes. The company will issue a full refund, including sales tax and shipping and handling fees.

Immediately stop using the power bank. Send order number (if available), a photo of the back of the power bank showing the model number and serial number with "Recalled" written on the power bank in permanent marker to U2O Global by email at service@iwalk.net. Consumers should dispose of the recalled power bank in accordance with local hazardous waste disposal procedures.
